Cancellation Policies

We always send you a confirmation email from support@groinsta.com before starting your Instagram growth campaign.

We begin the process only after receiving your confirmation reply.

If you entered incorrect Instagram account details (username or profile link) during checkout, you can send us the correct information by replying to this confirmation email.

• ✅ You can cancel the order before confirming your Instagram details — in this case, we will refund 100% of the payment made.
• ❌ Once you confirm your Instagram details via email, the order cannot be cancelled.
• ❌ You cannot change the Instagram account details after we start processing your order.

Refund Policies
